Controller and purpose
n accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter “LSSI”), we inform you that KUDE is the data controller of your personal data.
Below, we detail the personal data that may be processed on the website and the legal basis for such processing:
“Contact Us” Form
To manage this form, the following personal data will be processed: name, surname, company, email address, and the message text, the latter being optional.
Commercial Communications
To manage any commercial communication and/or subscription to the newsletter of KUDE’s products and services, the email address will be processed, as well as any other personal data necessary to manage such communication.
Customer and/or User Support via Instant Messaging
To manage any type of support in case of questions regarding the services offered, data such as the email address and any other information you choose to communicate through the enabled chat will be processed.
Data retention of personal data
We only retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, with your express consent, to meet your needs, or to comply with legal obligations.
To determine how long Personal Data is kept, the following criteria are used:
• Personal Data obtained when contacting us regarding an inquiry or request: for as long as necessary to resolve the inquiry.
• Personal Data obtained by giving consent to send communications or because it is necessary to comply with regulations: until the end of the period for which it has been requested.
Once the retention periods for your Personal Data have elapsed as required by law, KUDE will proceed to delete it from our systems and records or anonymize it so that you can no longer be identified.
